New cook book: Andi & Alex
Top TV-Star chefs Alex Fankhauser and Andreas Wotja showcase their best recepies from the Tyrolean mountain world and the Viennese cuisine in a new cookery book launched this month called "Andi & Alex".
Half of the book is filled with Fankhauser's Tyrolean specialities and the other half with Andi Wojtas Viennese cuisine - one turns the book round depending on which of the two renowned cuisines takes one's fancy.
Alex Fankhauser is a Tyrolean cult chef who has a selection of top restaurants in the Tyrol and a hotel ‘The Lamark’ which has a gourmet restaurant at 1,500 metres height in the village of Hochfügen in the Zillertaler Alps, Austria. Visitors have to pass a steep, winding road to enjoy his excellent delicacies.
However, now the top chef has launched his new cook book so that not all gourmet lovers have to take the long journey to his restaurant, they can enjoy his gourmet food at home with the help of the top recipes.
He has teamed up with top TV chef Andi Wojta who was trained by renowned chef Reinhard Gerer together with Alex Fankhauser.
Wotja specialises in Viennese cuisine and has restaurants in the capital.
Wotja presents a selection of the most loved Viennese cuisine in his half of the book and offers meal suggestions and top cooking tips.
The book is available as from this week for 39.50 Euros.
