Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) CEO Dominic Bruynseels has appealed to Romanian leaders to increase their efforts to fight black market activities.

Austria’s Erste Group hold a majority in BRC, which is the leading bank in Romania with 665 branches.
BCR officials announced recently the bank had suffered a 26.4 per cent decline in net profit in the first quarter of this year compared to the first three months of 2009.
Operating results however increased by 13.7 per cent up to 184.4 million Euros in the same period.
